In the second quarter of 2025, the performance of the top news and magazine applications on the Android platform in Serbia revealed some interesting trends, as reported by Sensor Tower.

X (Formerly Twitter) from X Corp. demonstrated a fluctuating weekly revenue pattern, peaking at approximately $442 in the week of June 23. Download trends showed a slight increase towards the end of the quarter, reaching around 1.7K in the last week of June.

N1 info experienced a significant spike in downloads in mid-April, with figures hitting approximately 5.7K. However, this was followed by a sharp decline, with downloads dropping to around 225 by late May.

NOVA Portal had a noticeable surge in downloads during mid-April, reaching about 2.2K. The numbers then stabilized, fluctuating between 400 and 700 in the following weeks.

Forbes Srbija showed a dramatic increase in downloads towards the end of May, with figures soaring from under 50 to over 1.7K. This upward trend continued into June, maintaining a strong presence with downloads around 1.4K by the end of the quarter.

NewsMax Balkans had an interesting trajectory, with downloads peaking at 1.5K in early May before tapering off significantly in June.
